Main materials of MPT series
Shelter Structures is dedicated to aluminum-frame structures, the main material for the frame is hard pressed extruded aluminum alloy 6061-T6. This aluminum material is the upgraded one than the standard used in the industry. Compared to steel structures, our aluminum structures are of better anti-corrosion feature, in the long run use, it is even better than galvanized steel. Moreover, our aluminum frame is lightweight, much lighter than steel structures. As the common sense for events, especially for event rentals, no matter luxury wedding tent, or transparent party tent, or other event tents, in most of the cases, they have the needs for relocation. Lightweight materials are crucial for cost saving and ease of transportation.
Speaking of the roof and walls, PVC vinyl, or so called PVC fabrics are utilized as the main material. 850g opaque PVC is used as the roof covers, which can choose from transparent, to translucent, and as well as fully blackout.
